How will participants benefit?

Participants will be randomized to one of two treatment arms. Treatment Arm A will receive rituximab and Treatment Arm B will receive rituximab plus sargramostim. Participants will be seen once a week by a study physician for the first 8 weeks while they are on treatment. Following treatment, participants will be seen regularly through the rest of the 2-year trial.

Study visits will occur:

  • Weekly for the first 8 weeks
  • One month later (Month 3)
  • Then every 3 months until Month 12
  • Then every 6 months until Month 24
